Worship Leader – Moon Campus
Title of Position:
Part-Time Worship Leader — Moon Campus
Hours: 12 Hours a week
Function of the Position:
The Part Time Worship Leader at the Moon campus is responsible for leading Christ centered worship experiences that support the mission and vision of the church. This role provides musical and spiritual leadership, develops vocalists and musicians, and creates worship environments that help people engage with God through a variety of musical styles.

Moon Campus Pastor
Qualifications:
A clear and growing relationship with Jesus Christ
Musical proficiency in vocal leadership and the ability to work with musicians
Experience leading worship in a church or ministry setting preferred
Ability to lead and develop volunteers with encouragement and clarity
Comfortable leading across multiple musical styles including contemporary, gospel, and hymns
Strong communication and teamwork skills
General Responsibilities:
Plan and lead weekly worship services at the Moon campus in alignment with church vision and values
Select and lead a balanced blend of Christian contemporary music, gospel music, and hymns
Develop, coach, and mentor vocalists and musicians to grow both musically and spiritually
Recruit, train, and schedule worship team volunteers
Foster a culture of excellence, unity, and servant hearted leadership within the worship team
Ensure worship sets are prepared and rehearsed effectively
Maintain a posture of pastoral care for worship team members
Participate in special services, seasonal events, and campus wide worship initiatives as needed
Model a growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a lifestyle that reflects biblical values
The ability to lead vocals from the keys or guitar is preferred.
Time Commitment
Weekly worship services and rehearsals
Occasional additional rehearsals, planning meetings, or special events
