Women’s Ministry Summer Studies

Study on the Patio — We’ll meet from 7-8pm each Wednesday to study six women from the Bible. Sessions will run from May 21 through June 25, and there will not be any homework. Register now on our Church Center app!

Moms@Pathway — We’ll gather for a book study at 9:30am each Tuesday from May 27 through August 12. Your children can enjoy the outdoor playground while we meet. To learn more about the book, call or text Katie Cochran at (559) 972-6853.

Women of Pathway — We’re planning to kick off a new study in June that will take place on Tuesday mornings and evenings. We’ll share complete details in the days ahead.

(If you have questions about these studies or any of our women’s events, email Dianne Boylan at dboylan@lifeatpathway.com.)

Men’s Ministry Cookout

Men of Pathway, we hope you can join us at 6pm on Friday, May 16, for an evening of delicious food, captivating conversation, and a powerful message from our very own Zane Phlegar. We’ll take care of grilling the hamburgers and hot dogs for this cookout near the fire pit, but we invite you to bring any picnic side dishes you desire. Please RSVP to Josh Nelson at jjnelson_74@icloud.com to let him know what you will bring.

Lost and Found
Misplaced your Bible, sunglasses or coffee thermos? There’s a good chance they’re in the Lost and Found cupboard at our Information Center. Please stop by to see if we have your item.

New Church Database + App

Great news, Pathway family! We are now using a database called Church Center to gather, share, and store information. From what we’ve experienced so far, this network will make it MUCH easier for staff, volunteers and attenders to check in, create groups, search for people, and give to our ministry electronically.  We’d love for you to join us, but you must have our new app to gain access to the database and to give online, so please download the app now with this QR code. If you previously signed up to give on our old database, you will need to switch over to Church Center in order to support our programs and activities electronically. If you have questions about the database, our new app, or about giving, email Mattie Livada at mlivada@lifeatpathway.com.

The Chisel

If you are battling deep hurts or unwanted habits, this recovery ministry follows a process based on the beatitudes to help you find restoration through the power of Christ. We meet year-round from 7-9pm each Monday. To learn more, email Mark Stewart at stewart@stewarthomes1.com.

Pathway Preschool is Hiring

Pathway Preschool is looking for reliable and enthusiastic individuals for our Substitute Teacher team. This team provides assistance and instruction in the classroom when one of our regular teachers is absent. You must be flexible and willing to work as needed. No teaching experience is necessary, but prior work with children is preferred. If you’re interested, email Pathway Preschool Director Collen Curti at ccurti@lifeatpathway.com.

Newcomers Luncheon
Newer to Pathway? Our next lunch event will take place after the 10:45am service on Sunday, May 18. We’ll gather in the café where you can enjoy a free meal, meet our pastors and directors, connect with others in our church family, and share how you’d like to plug in to our ministries. Child care will be provided, although your kids are welcome to attend with you. Just write “Newcomers Luncheon” on your Connect Card to sign up. Questions? Call the church office at 724.843.6381.

Tea Party + Devotion

The next gathering of Mending Hearts, Pathway’s support group for widows, is set for 11am to 1pm on Saturday, May 17. We’ll meet at College Hill Reformed Presbyterian Church for fellowship, tea, goodies, and a devotion from “I Bless Your Name.” The church’s address is 3217 College Ave., Beaver Falls. RSVP to Beth Mixter at 724.601.4887.

SonZone Dates Set

It’s never too early to get ready for SonZone, the best week of summer for kids who have finished kindergarten through fifth grade! This year’s big event will take place the week of July 14-18. If you’re a parent of kids who enjoy fun in the sun, you won’t want to miss this incredible week! And if you’re an adult or teen with a heart for serving children, we’d love to have you help! Registration will open soon.

Premarital Counseling
Did you know Pathway Church offers premarital counseling? If you are planning to get married in the fall or spring, we encourage you to sign up for a six-session counseling program with one of our pastors. It’s practical. It’s enlightening. And it’s a wonderful way to strengthen your relationship before walking down the aisle. To register or to learn more, email Mattie Livada at mlivada@lifeatpathway.com.

Priorities of Pathway

We believe worshiping, growing, and serving are vital to the life of our church, so our desire is for each of you to engage in all three areas. Here’s how:

Worship: Take part in one of our weekend services in Chippewa or in Moon.

Grow: If you desire spiritual growth, prayer and friendship, join one of our weekday small groups or a Sunday morning group.

Serve: We offer a variety of ministry opportunities where you can serve God and each other. Jump in and find your fit!
